Westpac have been accused of a high number of money laundering breaches.

Yesterday, Westpac CEO Brian Hartzer stepped down amid allegations that the bank violated money laundering laws.

It is alleged that more than 23 million Westpac transactions breached anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism finance laws.

But does the blame sit solely on the now former CEO, or are others to blame as well?

Speaking this morning on Triple M Melbourne's Hot Breakfast, The Barefoot Investor Scott Pape dissected this massive story and pinpointed who exactly is to blame.
