"I'll Get Emotional!" Tex Walker's Wholesome Story About Ned McHenry Post Showdown

Adelaide veteran Tex Walker joined JB and Billy on Triple M's Rush Hour on Wednesday to talk all things Crows in the wake of their Showdown loss on Saturday.

The Crows went down by 75 points, but continued to blood some youngsters, including debutant and first-round pick Ned McHenry in the forward line alongside Tex.

"He likes to say a few things on and off the field, little Ned!" Billy told him.

Tex was up and about to talk about his new teammate, telling a story about his behaviour in the change rooms after the worst Showdown loss for the Crows on record.

"He's a great kid, mate. After a 75-point loss in the rooms we were a bit disappointed and sitting there, and I said 'what are you thinking mate?'" he told Triple M Melbourne.

"He said, 'I'm just, I'll get emotional if I say it'. I said 'say it mate!'"
