Amazing Finish Sees Imperials Claim The LSWFL League Title

In a tense finish, Imperials' forward Austin Styles has kicked the winning goal on the siren to give the Magpies their first LSWFL League flag in 11 years.

It was a tight game all day, with Deanmill hitting the lead with just 60 seconds to go through a Daniel Sarinis goal.

But a free kick in the middle of the ground to Troy Wilson set up a kick to the top of the goal square and find Austin Styles, who had already kicked six for the game and the only three goals for Imperials that quarter.

Styles living the boyhood dream to not just win a game after the siren, but to win a Grand Final!
